Software Requirements / Files

Attendees will be required to have the following installed on their computers:

Adobe® ColdFusion® (preferably 8.0.1+) or Railo (should also work with Open BlueDragon, but I haven't tested it.)
Local web server such as IIS or Apache
Database server such as Microsoft®SQL Server® (2000+), MySQL® (version 3.0+), Oracle (version 10G), or H2
Latest build of Mura CMS
- Session 1 attendees: Do not install Mura CMS. We will do this together during the session.
- Session 2 attendees: If you do not attend Session 1, you will need to install Mura CMS prior to the session and create a few pages.

Hi, is there any chance you will be posting a recording or your materials after you've presented. I'm not going to be able to fly out. I haven't seen mura in action and would be really interested checking out your material. Thanks J

Stephen,

Your results with Mura have been impressive (i.e. Rockford Linear Motion).

While I have spent time in the Mura forums and reached out to the great Mura gods for help, putting together a completely custom Mura site with all the bells and whistles has still evaded me.

I would also be interested in seeing/hearing your presentation as you have outlined here. Is there any chance you will be making it available to the community in some fashion?

@Jared & Josen,

yes, i think i'll be offering to do the presentations on a CFMeetup (http://www.meetup.com/coldfusionmeetup/) at some point after the event (we'll see if Charlie will let me go beyond the typical 1-hour mark or if i'll have to shorten the presos). the CFMeetup presentations are actually recorded so people can still view them without actually attending the online meeting.
